Several years ago I had a huge turning point in my faith, a reversion if you will. A few different things happened in our lives that pointed me to the Lord, but one of the most pivotal points was making my consecration to Mary.

After doing the 33 Days to Morning Glory retreat I was thoroughly changed and my relationship with our Blessed Mother began. And to be honest, Mary has shown up in so many ways for me and my family since then!

I am going through the consecration again this year but this time I am using my favorite prayer app @hallow. Praying and reading through this with Sr Miriam is so lovely! I can’t encourage you enough to go there now and start, it’s not too late!

Being a stay-at-home mom is so much more than just

Being a stay-at-home mom is so much more than just chasing children all day.

It’s raising good and holy children, teaching them manners and math, it’s grocery shopping and gardening, it’s cleaning and keeping. It’s providing. It’s homemaking.

At its simplest yet deepest root, it’s loving and nurturing your husband, your children, your home and your spirit. 🌿

Somehow we are nearing the end of January and Agne

Somehow we are nearing the end of January and Agnes is already nine months old! Our family is enjoying this slow time of the year (okay, the kids are getting a bit stir crazy!) and reveling in the freshness that a new year and bitter cold bring. I pray for slowness and peace this year! 🌿

The pure and simple joy of being their mother is unmatched.

I am so privileged to be their mother, their caretaker, their teacher and their friend. I mourn the years lost but more than that, I truly anticipate the years ahead.

Motherhood is a blessing I fear comes lost to far too many, but not I. I thank our merciful Lord in each and every moment He allows me to be with them. ✨

Seven months ✨

Life is so pleasant when we accept the slow moment

Life is so pleasant when we accept the slow moments and truly appreciate all we have been given //

And just like that…our sweet girl is half-a-year

And just like that…our sweet girl is half-a-year old! 🩷 God shines so brightly through her and she brings so much joy and peace. Beyond grateful that her sweet soul is a part of our family 😊 #agnesrosegrows

I look at her multiple times a day and become over

I look at her multiple times a day and become overwhelmed with joy. I want to scoop her into a great big hug and never let go…

This morning as I wrapped Agnes in her new quilt, it struck me…I feel the same way about Mary 🩵

Mary, Mother of God, my Mother…pray for us!

And just like that, she is FIVE months old 🥹 T

This sweet girl has been such a blessing to our family and each of us falls more in love with her every day! Life is such a blessing 🩷
